    1040ez or 1040nr
    I have ben in US for only 2 months for the year 2007.now I have filed for 1040ez but not sure is it the right form ? If not then what can I do to get this corrected?

    That was NOT the correct form; you should have filed either Form 1040N or 1040NR-EZ.

    You should amend your return using Form 1040X and attach a correctly-prepared Form 1040NR-EZ to the Form 1040X.
