    You mean a house with a tax lien on it? Contact the FOP or the police department where you are maybe?

    Property is sold at tax sales done by the county tax departmnet in your county. The sales are normally done once a year at public auction.

    Oregon has a redemption period ( sorry forgot how long) so at the tax sale you buy a tax certificate, which you reddem in a amount of time for the property if the original owners do not redeem it.
