    How to vacate a judgement
I live in NC and I received paperwork to come to court regarding judgement for non payment of credit card bill... when I got to court they could not find my file, after sitting there for 5 hours the judge final asked me what paper work I had and I showed them my copy that came in the mail of my order confirming arbitration award and granting judgement.. it had been approved by different judge 7 days before I was to show up in court... is there anything I can do about this judgement?

I'm confused. First you say you got a notice to show up in court. Then you say the notice was of an arbitration award. If you did not receive notice of the arbitration hearing, then you can vacate the judgement on grounds of improper service. But that's only a delaying tactic. They will refile. So you should offer to settle.
