I have a knack for sabotaging threads, I don't mean to do it, it just happens. I think it's my gift for gab, or is it a curse? I've been chastised a few times, but you can't teach an old mom new tricks. I'm just so happy to be here and it's great to meet nice, intelligent people to talk to, present company included of course.

I understand that the urges take over, they do me too... it will all be OK! LOL

Startover - I think I need to start a support group thread for people who can't help but sabotage others threads. It's just so hard not to say a quick hello when you run into a friend. My bad, I should be punished.

LOL! Love your thought process Sneezy.

I like the vacuum lines, so I guess I'm a little anal about that... but other than that, its just me and my cat in 1100 square feet... It doesn't get dirty at all.

Oh HC, I feel bad for putting the hunky canadian into your head. I'm sure he wasn't as great as he looked. I mean, if he was kind and intelligent as well as gorgeous that would just be to cruel.

I think there should be a rule, after three pages you can post whatever seems relevant to the flow of conversation, especially when you get into theological and opinion based debates.

Not so much if someone asks a technical question like how does PCR work? Not that I could see that going in more than three posts... Unless a lot of scientists were logged on and buzzed on cheap coffee.

EDIT this thread more so fast!

Mafia - Greetings and salutations, welcome to HC's little coffee corner. I'm seriously considering starting the support group thread, I think that everyone on this site has been guilty at least once. I'd hate to think it's only me.

LOL! Ok, there is another crazy mental picture... "crazy scientists buzzed on cheap coffee"... Wow...

I agree tempy... That is a great rule. The flow of posts do dictate responses, I agree.

Yes, it would be very cruel. Considering the fact that I am currently without a hunky Canadian (or hunky anything, for that matter)... Rather, I'm in my sandbox refusing to play the game anymore! :) And all that entails... :)

Don't give up HC, your hunky something is out there somewhere, heck, maybe he's in the snowplow that was plowing my cul-de-sac. If it was meant to be then you will meet. Just to cheer you up though, I'm sure the hunky snow ploy guy doesn't have the brains God gave a goat.

LOL, why yes I am a Canadian, But my wife would kill me if I would call myself a hunk. If only she loved coffee as much as I do. She has the tea. I wonder would a tea thread work... NOT... I did just miss your note about the espresso. Next time. But I have a store about my coffee.
As soon as I got my coffee threw drive threw I started back to work. What happens.. Yes another person cuts me off. Me being in uniform I had to be cool. Took a swig of my fresh coffee then thought about it. I desisted to tell this person to watch what she was doing. At the lights I got out stopped... then leaned back into my car and grabbed my coffee took a swig and walked to her window. I said please watch what you doing and went my marry way.. I must be addicted to coffee. Who would lean back into there car to get there coffee. ME.. well that's my said sort of store.. Well cheers to you all. Hmmmm

See! Its what I've been trying to tell people for years... Coffee is a necessary buffer! If the world drank more coffee, just think of what could happen!!

(at least that's my reasoning when asked "how can you drink so much coffee??")
