How old are you? Do you have any history of any breast problems? Here is a link that talks about breast pain, possible causes, and what to do:

What kind of pain is it? An ache, a burning feeling? Have you started doing any running or other exercise that could make your breasts sore? One thing that might help would be to make sure your bra fits correctly and is supportive enough. If it were me, I would probably go to the doctor and have it checked out. It hard to say what could be causing it. Have you ever been told you have fibrocystic breasts?

I'm 19 and I have no history of any sort of breast problems... its an aching feeling, and I haven't been doing any physical activity that would cause it... is it stiil possible that I could be pregnant even though I had a period...

It's possible you could be, but not as likely as if you didn't get one. Take a home pregnancy test and use it first thing in the morning, because your hormone levels are higher then, so it will be more accurate.

There are lots of causes for breast pain. Several things that could be causing it would be hormones, stress, or wearing a bra that doesn't fit well. Breast pain can be a sign of breast cancer. But it is VERY unlikely that it's what is causing your pain, considering your age. I would recommend a doctor's visit. Have a clinical breast exam, and if the doctor doesn't find any changes, ask him/her what they would recommend you do for the pain. One thing I would recommend is to keep a pain journal that you can take to the doctor with you. Write down when you notice the pain and what you have been doing when you notice it. That can help give the doctor an idea of why you might be having it too.

Some things that might help would be to use hot or cold compresses, wear a supportive bra, massage the painful areas, and take a pain reliever like Tylenol. Some people say that limiting caffeine helps with breast pain. I don't know if that is true or not. When I quit having caffeine in my diet, I noticed my breasts were less "lumpy" feeling, but there was no difference in as far as pain. Another thing that might help would be to do some stretches and loosen up the muscles in the chest area. When I was your age, I had pain in my breasts too, and in my case it went away after getting a better fitting bra. I went and had a professional bra fitting, and was surprised to learn I had been wearing the wrong bra all along!

Do you do regular self breast exams? Are you taking any medications?
