Getting rid of noises from baseboard heating
I'm getting some rather loud and annoying noises from my baseboard heating system. The 1st sounds are pining noises from the fins on the registers. The 2nd sounds are a loud bang noise which occurs after the hot water valve closes. Does anyone have any ideas on how to get rid of these noises short of replacing the registers/valves? They are loud enough that they are waking me up at night. Thanks!
