How much torque on a flywheel?
17HP Briggs and Stratton. 42" Murray Mower. How much torque should I use to tighten the flywheel down? Thanks.

Tighten enough so that it won't vibrate loos but not tight enough to wring bolt off. Put a little thread lock on bolts and give it about one grunt. Not very scientific but probably not critical either.

Hk, pretty good, except I do not think I would use lock tite on the bolt.
