I remember this movie from when I was like 5 years old, which would be at least 16 years ago, I don't know exactly how old the movie is, all I remember is there was a young girl, who was sick, and people thought she was crazy or something, I think it had something to do with the wizard of oz, or alice in wonderland, something like that, they thought she was crazy because she saw the characters or had been to that world or something, and at the end of the movie there was a parade, and the oz characters or whoever were in the parade, I wish I knew more about the movie to say

Sounds like "Return to Oz", with Fairuza Balk. She plays Dorothy, and she'd been to Oz, and they think she's "sick" (mentally). Check it out... it might be what you are looking for.

Nope that's not it, I found that movie not long ago, thought it was what I was looking for so I bought it, all excited, but it's not the movie I'm looking for
