I have a 4month old black an tan min pin puppy. I bought him on Saturday an noticed after driving away that he had fleas. That night I gave him a bath an put a flea collar on him. That same night I noticed his stool was loose like kind of lumpy an it was really stink. I fed him his normal food from the breeder an he still played like normal.
Sunday morning his stools were still loose it kind of looked like icecream coming out of his bottom.(gross I know) while cleaning it I noticed it was blood in it. The blood was bright red an it looked as though the blood came out before the poop did. That day every time he went it was loose an with a little bit of bright red blood an the smell was really strong.
Monday was the worst he didn't eat all of his food an he wasn't playing as much. He mostly slept all day. All of his stools were loose an strong smelling with the bright red blood.
He's still drinking water an it doesn't look like he's straining today he was acting like his normal self can anybody tell me what could be wrong. FYI he's going to the vet today at 4:45

Well since my last post I took my puppy to the vet twice an today he was diagnosed with coccidia. He got some medicine he has to take for 2 weeks but he will be fine!!
