    Furnace issues
    I have a bryant furnace with a light switch connected to it and no fire and no heat blowing only cold air. By flipping the switch will that ignite my furnace?

    Your unit has a fault, limit open or failed to light. You can turn the power off and then back on to reset the control board if the blower keeps running with no heat you have a open limit that has to be reset manually.

    If you toggle the switch on off and on, it should reset the ignition sequence. The fan may blow cold air for up to two minutes, so let it run at least that long, and then it should light. Check you thermostat to make sure the fan switch is in the auto position. If it fails to light after 2 to 3 minutes and continues to blow cold air, the main limit is defective, or you have blown the low voltage fuse on the circuit board, and will need to replace one of those parts to make it light.
