I know that I had one little mole or freckle size thing that appeared on my little finger. It went away and came back and went away again all on it's own. Very odd but it happened to me.

I personally like freckles so they are not all bad! I have heard that they can fade as one ages. Each person's body is unique, so it would be hard to know. Perhaps you can get an idea by looking at your parents if they ever had freckles that faded away?

I don't know of any way to remove moles without a doctor.

I would start with talking to a Dermatologist (skin doctor) There are different types of moles, and they would have more information.

Which country are you in? You should go to a general practitioner (GP) first and they can refer you to the appropriate doctor- with small moles they can even deal with them themselves. Mole removal is usually pretty easy and is very routine. I've had a couple of friends have moles removed and it wasn't a big procedure at all.

Sometimes it is best to get larger moles removed in case they have a chance of turning cancerous- but the doctor has tests to check whether they are or not. If any mole gets darker or larger you Must go see a doctor. Here is some info about that Moles

Here is some additional information on how a mole is commonly removed. It is from a UK NHS site so it may differ slightly if you are in a different country. Can I get a mole removed on the NHS? - Health Questions - NHS Direct

After reading the above link, I think that you might be suffering from a negative self image resulting from a massive social or media produced image campaign.

It is no accident that in countries where the people have fair and light skin, there are advertising campaigns to make tan skin seem to be the most desirable. When it comes to countries that have people with the more pigmented skin, the campaign works to make people think they need to change themselves... and spend money to do it.

I think it is sad that people seem to want to imitate some other culture and not be happy with their own bodies.

Just curious :D I've always wanted a shoulder sleeve done. Probably not just one design though, but several images put together. I'm not sure I'd ever do it though. Currently, I only have one tattoo, on my upper arm.
