Daddy DUI
I believe he had a DUI in 2004, although I didn't find out until after he broke up with me. I think he also was pulled over and had weed in his car. The wittnesses are hard to find, because he tried to keep me from my friends and family. I have no criminal record, but his speaks volumes against him I think. When I find a lawyer they should be able to find his driving and criminal record.

All you need to do is go online on your local county courthouse clerk of courts site, type in his name and you will get his DUI and pot charge and any other civil and criminal charges he has in that county. This is all public information. If your county does not have this internet access (some smaller counties do not), then you may go in person to the Clerk of Court's office and request a print out of whatever cases they have in their computer on him and the outcome (if any). If you think he was stopped in a different county, you can go online and see if they have a website also. You don't have to wait for an attorney to do something you can do for free yourself.

Try several in your area. It's worth a try as if they have an online site it's much easier to do this than to drive aimlessly around for days at a time. Get a map of your state and start with the counties closest to you. Probably won't take you long - 1 hour tops.

I will assume this has something to do with child custody or visits, when you file in court, as part of your discovery of evidence, require a complete criminal history and driving record be given.
