    Judgements Paid Before Court Date
    My Question Is Judgements Paid Before Court Although Marked Paid On Credit Report. They Still Show Up On Credit Reprt. If a Filed Judgement Is Paid. How Is It a Judgement Shouldn't It Be Dismissed Because Debt Paid Before Court Date.

    A credit report is a report of your payment history with entities that you owe; it is reflecting the good, bad, and ugly. A judgement is the end of a lawsuit and in the context of your question, is an order by a court for a debtor to pay a creditor. Whether paid or unpaid, it will go on your credit report.
