    Minimum sentences for crimes
What is the minimum and maximum sentence for communication with a minor with immoral purpose; harassment and stalking? This is a first offense and he never came into contact with the person, has never seen her.

    Hello la:

    It's not that simple.

Lots of factors are involved. I mean lots and lots and lots - not the least of which is the state you live in, the specific charges they may or may not file, and whether you're guilty .

Agreed, from the state where the crime occurd, to the specifics of the crime, exactly what was said, and what the intent was. Anywhere from probation to 10 years. A good attorney is a must. Although to be honest, I hope they don't get one, and get the max, a person doing this sort of thing, needs to be away from a long long time.
