Thanks for the help

Usually that is a flame sensor problem. The new one is clean and installed properly?
You might try to clean the pilot orifice to make sure the pilot is the correct size so the flame sensor can activate the safety control.
Dirt/spider webs etc can get into the pilot orifice.
Pilot orifice located in pilot housing. Care should be taken since the pilot hole is very small. Usually a VERY small wire run through the hole will do the trick.

Word of caution. Use some WD-40 or equivalent on the aluminum tube where it goes into the brass break off nut. Aluminum corrodes and if you do not give it some lube it may twist or break. If that happens you will be looking for some new 1/4 inch aluminum tube and two new nuts and that takes all the fun out of it.

You need to remove to do pilot so you might as well remove it for both. They are on the same assembly I believe.

Please answer these questions. I do not have a service manual for your model so I am trying to get info from you.
Does your furnace have a GLOW BAR style ignition ? This is also called hot surface ignition. When the thermostat starts the furnace a glowing will come on and then the pilot will light.
Does you furnace have a 3 wire pilot control ? This will be identified by 3 wires going to the pilot area. The unit will spark to lite the pilot then the pilot flame will be established.
Sorry about the additional questions but I am trying to think of all possibilities before you have to buy a expensive circuit board.

It has two wires going to the pilot the flame sensor and an electrode rod for the spark
So no glow bar, more of what you defined as 3 wire but I only see 2 plus gas line to pilot.Thank you again

I normally do not do this but private message me and include your email address. I have a nice checklist for you to follow but it is to big and this site will not allow me to post it here. It is in Adobe format.

Sounds like you have a bad ignition control. If you have 24v from TH to C on the ignition control box when the pilot is trying to light and after it quits it's a bad ignition control. Common problem with that system.

What is the TH to C?
Thanks for the help!

TH is the 24v going into the control after its going through all the limit switches and pressure switch, C is the common side of the transformer. Make sure you have a good ground with the control box, that's what makes the flame sensor work. A short in the gas valve will make it act the same, undo the wire going to mv on the gas valve if the pilot won't stay lit I would say bad ignition control box.
