Comfortmaker furnace. Heat comes on and goes through normal cycle. Blower will not engage. Is there a reset or is that to easy?

Could be a run capacitor for the motor but it is more likely the motor itself. Get a new motor and capacitor and replace. Easy job to do.

My brother works in heating and cooling..
And most of the furnaces.. ave a switch buttom on the side.. and that will make the blower work.. now another way that may be the problem.. is if the filters are very dirty.. the bloer won't ignite...
Good luck

Thanks. Should I try the capacitor first or replace both?

Since it has the death hum it is probably the motor itself. Replace both the motor and the correct capacitor for the new motor.

I've got a Rheem Furnace which has the blower in it. The blower is also hooked up to a Trane AC unit. The blower does not come on but I hear a buzzing noise coming from either the transformer, or relay. I figured it was either the relay or capacitor and replaced them both for about $25. The motor...
