Regaining RIghts after a felony in MD?
I recently got charged with a felony for theft, I got 3yrs suspended sentence and 3yrs probation... I know I lose rights, however I was wondering on if and when and how you can get some rights back? First was the problem of voting? Second my father has a gun collection and I am in his will to get some of his collection of firearms, I was wondering if I will be ever able to get the right to bear arms again, for that I also in my family have a huting lodge on 1100 acres and enjoy doing so, not so much the hunting but spending time with family and friends? Jury duty? And whatever other rights we as felons lose? Any info would be great thanks...

The firearms right is gone forever, sorry. You can spend time at the hunting lodge but actual use and ownerhsip of the guns is gone also.
