    Law on salary pay
Hi I'm New At This And I Wanted To Know I'm An Office Manager At Doctors Office And I Get Paid "salary" But I'm Really Not Because I Have To Turn In My Hours And If I Work Only 75 Hours On A 80 Hour Period They Only Pay For 75 And If I Work 82 They Pay Me 80 Is That Legal?

Nope. If you get paid a variable amount based on the hours you work, then you are not a salaried employee.

I would clarify your status with your employer as this arrangement does not sound correct. Technically if you are salary you should have been paid for 80 hours and not just for 75. They may have a no overtime policy and that explains why not paid for 82. Sounds more like you are hourly and don't know it.
