    Right weight for me?
    I am 53 years old and work out and do cadio regularly. I am 5' 8 1/2" tall and wear a size ten bottom (pants, shorts) What is a good weight for me? Thanks

    I am 10 years older than you -- I am over weight -- but have lost 30 LBS
