I am currently serving a two year sentence for selling marijuanna by a school I want to go back to Minnesota when Im allowed to be parolled out and I need to know how I'd go about doing this I do not want to stay in ND in my best interest I need to live else where any information you can give me would be appreciated. Because the counceler here at NDSP said I don't Qualify but wouldn't tell me what she meant by that , before I was arrested I lived in Minnesota for 9 months ,and I had 2 jobs as well .

If she told you that you don't qualify, then there must be some written qualifications somewhere. Otherwise, she's making up the rules as she goes along. You should ask to read them. They're not secret. Then you'll find out for yourself if you qualify or not.

It's not that I think your PO would lie to you... Ok, that's EXACTLY what I think!
