    Do you have to have a job to transfer probation from Montana to Idaho even if you are from Idaho but caught a case in Montana?

    Hello Montanta:

    At the top of this forum, I wrote a piece about transferring probation. I'd follow it. I don't think they give a damn that you don't happen to be from their state.
