    The room is spining!
    Hey everyone.

    Well my problem is

    Lately I been getting so lite headed, and dizzy. Just feeling like everything is moving when tis note. And I can be standing and I would feel like I'm moving but I'm not.

    Also, headaches, I been getting them >.<

    Any reason why or should I go to my doctor?

    Are you on any medicines from the doctor or psychiatrist?
    Some times something like that can be a side effect from meds.

    You could be anemic or you could be lacking some vitamins. Are you eating healthy?
    When does it happen? Does it happen after you eat certain foods? Or is there any pattern you can think of?

    Maybe.. No I ahvnt been taking my vitimans.. ;/ But I have ate fruit.

    As for eating healthy- not so much :/

    Try taking your vitamins and eating healthier and start noticing similar things when you get the room spinning and the headaches. I was getting something like that and then I realized it was the MSG in many foods like potato chips, pre-packaged foods, some fast foods and Chinese foods.

    Do you think maybe its Diabetes?
    It doesn't run in my family but just a htought.

    Your electrolytes could be off
    Try drinking gatorade or those drinks like sobe, fuze and monster that contain Taurine.

    You should make a doctors appt to make sure if it is anemia, electrolyte imbalance, an allergy or something else.

    Start to keep track of how much salty stuff you have eatten before you get dizzy.

    Well..
    I am going to start vitimans...

    Also cut back on sodium.

    Today I got very very dizzy, but you know my period came, that's when it all started.. but My period just ended today. I'm hoping its from my period or my going away almost gone Cold.

    I am going to go A.S.A.P to my doctor for a blood test.

    I don't know why I hope it isn't diabetes...
    I want to go fast to my docotr because my friend sid I can die if dotn do something sooon o.O
