Are you on any medicines from the doctor or psychiatrist?
Some times something like that can be a side effect from meds.

You could be anemic or you could be lacking some vitamins. Are you eating healthy?
When does it happen? Does it happen after you eat certain foods? Or is there any pattern you can think of?

Try taking your vitamins and eating healthier and start noticing similar things when you get the room spinning and the headaches. I was getting something like that and then I realized it was the MSG in many foods like potato chips, pre-packaged foods, some fast foods and Chinese foods.

    Your electrolytes could be off
Try drinking gatorade or those drinks like sobe, fuze and monster that contain Taurine.

You should make a doctors appt to make sure if it is anemia, electrolyte imbalance, an allergy or something else.

Start to keep track of how much salty stuff you have eatten before you get dizzy.
