    Getting a judgement removed
I live in Florida and 12 years ago I had a judgement issued against me and my drivers license suspended. Since the statute of limitations has run out, how can I get this removed and get my drivers license reinstated? Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    Maria

Have you tried to get your license recently? What happened? Did you get a letter and what did it say?

    Hello size:

Judgments last for 10 years and can be renewed. Maybe this one was.

PS> Unless the judgment was in favor of the state for unpaid tickets or child support, I don't see how your drivers license got suspended.
