Pregnancy test ?
I took a clear blue pregnancy test this morning because my boyfriend and I have been trying for 3 months to get pregnant it showed up a positive plus sign in the circle but, then it faded away does this mean I'm not pregnant or that my urine wasn't strong enough to hold it? Could I still be pregnant?

If you got a positive you are most likely pregnant. The results fade in time, usually within about 10 minutes. Has nothing to do with your urine, but how the test is actually made.
So, now, go out and get some prenatal vitamins, start taking them immediately, if you aren't already, and make yourself a doctor's appointment for a blood test and possible prenatal care.
False positives are quite rare.

If it showed positive at all, most likely you are. Try taking another one tomorrow morning and see if you get the same response.

As I said, rarely there is a false positive. If your period is not late though, you should wait until you should be getting your period and test again. However, regardless, you should be taking prenatal vitamins just in case.
Some women do test positive prior to missing a period, but the test specifically checks for hCG (pregnancy hormone) and it is not high enough in our bodies when we are not pregnant to be detected. So, again, you probably are.

You are very welcome. Good luck to you.
Oh, and if by some freak chance you are not pregnant, (even though I do believe you are), don't quit taking the prenatals. The folic acid is necessary to prevent neural tube defects (spina bifida) that can occur before we even know we are pregnant.
Please keep me updated.
