    Infidelity. No Lawyer.bad?
My friends marriage is over. It had always been rocky. Yes, he was unfaithful. They are going to fill out the bulk of the paperwork on their own and use a mediator when needed. She is letting him stay in his ancestral home. They have another home literally feet away and some land. A women scorned may not play fair the whole way through. Shouldn't he retain his own lawyer?

If they both agree on all the terms of the divorce, all the terms of property divistion, then both can use the same attorney, if they are going to be fighting, he will need an attorney
