    Losing weight natrually fast
    Well I'm reall just 17 I'm 5,3 and I'm 177 pounds I'm going to this party in 1-2 months by then I want to be at least 30 to 40 pounds thinner please do help xoxo--->jennifer :)

    To be honest, losing more than 2 - 3 lbs a week is a bit unhealthy. So in 2 months, your goal should be roughly 20 lbs.

    You can lose weight naturally by watching what you eat and exercising regularly. If you wish, please pm me a list of what you eat, how much you eat daily, and I'll help you to make a diet schedule.

    Sneezy is absolutely correct!! Sorry Sneezy, had to spread the love.

    Losing 30 - 40 pounds that fast is very unhealthy and can be quite dangerous. Not to mention that people who do lose weight that fast tend to gain it all back, and more, quite quickly.

    Follow a healthy diet with fruits and vegetables, exercise about 30 minutes a day.

    But please, especially at your age, don't attempt to lose this weight this fast.

    If you would like to lose some weight, a green juice fast is the healthiest way to do it. Drink at least 2 quarts of FRESH green juice a day, 4 quarts is optimal. If you do decide to do a juice fast, please do your research. It is safe to do extended juice fasts if you are well-informed. Leave me a message if you'd like more info.
