My F-150 has dual gas tanks. In the cab and on the dash there is rocker switch to change between the 2 tanks. That switch has become detached from the dash panel itself. What I want to do is remove the dash panel and glue that rocker switch back in Place, but here is where my problem comes in. I can mostly remove the dash panel around the Instrument panel, but can't seem to figure out how to remove the head light switch (That is round) so that I have full access to the back of that panel and rocker switch. Anyone have any suggestions? Need pics I can't snap a few if it will help??

    Thanks
    Fizz:)

In that vintage years, the head light switch typically is held in place by a ball detent. On the switch body itself there should be a small round spring loaded button. Press that and pull the switch knob out at the same time.
