Ok I'm 14 almost 15 I'm play high school football. Im 5 4 and right now I'm 135 lbs. I have been lifting since last summer and can and my power ratio is 1.45 avrage. The team put me as a line man and I was one of the best but are team kind of sucked. As samll as I am I hate lineman and want to be a line backer. My 20 yard dash was 2.81 seconds and I drink a protein shake every day I lift on mondays wedndays and fridays in the morning and the other days run and agiltys and wrestle
In the afternoon I lift every other day from mon to fri and every week it switches. Now my question is what do I need to do to impress my coaches being as small as I am to be a line back or running back
