    Should we break upp?
Hi.. me and my boyfriend have been dating for over 8 months now.. I love him to death and he loves me to death, but we fight all the time. Lots over silly stuff.. its usually me who started them because of his past with other girls we hang out with I just think about it and it gets me mad at him.. I try not to but I can't help it.. what should I do?

Punishing him for his past relationships isn't healthy.

You need to find a way to let his past be his past or you need to move on. It really can be that hard, and that simple, all at the same time.

More info needed if you think itd be useful.

I do not think you both love each other "to death" as you put it. Constant fighting is a sign of an unhealthy, dysfunctional relationship. You need to let go of what happened before you came into his life. If you cannot control your jealousy, things are only going to get worse and sooner or later he will find someone easier to live with. Some men think taming the shrew is a worthwhile effort but honestly, most men do not.

If you cannot get into some counseling about dealing with your jealousy, then please at least start reading some books or articles on managing relationships.

You should talk to yourself and resolve this issue with yourself not with him.. your going to have this problem with any guy who will be in your life.. you will just have to trust and let go of his past.. its not your past its his honey.. we girls tend to be y and insecure sometimes and that drives men crazy.. when you deal with a man try to think like one.. don't give him a hard time.. if you love him.. just be easy going and let go

Give him his feedom and peace, as you must deal with your own demons. This is your problem not his. Recognise you are not healthy enough for a healthy relationship.

I wonder if she is still with him. This post was back in August and we have not heard from her in almost 4 months.

She wants a break [ 6 Answers ]

Hi. I'm so angry, hurt, and confused. My girlfriend of 1 and 1/2 years recently told me that she wanted to take a break and needed space. She said that it had nothing to do with me and that she wanted to figure things out and be alone. Everything was going great prior to her saying this. I was so...

Take a break? [ 9 Answers ]

I have been friends with this woman for quite some time and I finally wanted to make the move to ask her to be more than friends. But before I could, she told me that a guy she met at a party a couple weeks ago really hit it off and started dating. I asked her about her and I and she said she was...

She wants a break now what [ 40 Answers ]

I had a great evening last Tuesday. We talked and talked. We had great conversation and we both felt connected. Great evening. Once the evening was over she invited me over for dinner at her place the next day. The next day we exchanged emails. Everything was great. I was very busy at work and felt...

She wants a break [ 19 Answers ]

Ok so, I've read a few "taking a break" threads and things seem to come to the same consensus of "just give her her space." The thing is, each case is different obviously. My case is: I'm 20, she's 18. We've been going out for 1 month (short time, I know, but it feels like a lifetime). I met...
