    How do I put back a detached Victa lawnmower starting cord?

    Remove the rewind starter housing, remove string, tie a stopper knot in the end of your rope, rewind the spring, go from the inside of the pulley out of the rewind starter housing with new string, place a knot about 18" from the opposite end, slowly allow spring to pull in new string. Run string through any guides on handle bars, and attach handle.
