Lawn Mower Cord Replacement - Briggs and Stratton
I am trying to replace the cord of my MTD Machine/Briggs an Stration engine. After poping the cover guard off, there appears to be 4 screws holding in the enclosure containg the cord. The screws do not appear to be those that can be loosen with a flat, phillips screwdrivers or allen wrench. What type of tool can be used on these "screws"
    Thanks

Are they maybe rivets? On some the starter is removed by taking the fan (flywheel) shroud off. Or they could be torx but I have yet to see those used.
