Just use the mole ratio for Al:Al2S3.
It is 2:1. Take this to mean, for every 2 moles of Al, we get one mole of AL2S3.
If we start with 16 moles of Al, we will get 8 moles of Al2S3.
As for the second question, just multiply the 16 by 1.5 to get 24 moles of Sulphur per mole of Aluminum.
