    Assault? ME?
    When I was 6, My 14 year old brother used to come in my room at night and ask if I wanted to play truth or dare. But this wasn't regular truth or dare. I didn't know that at the time I was giving him oral sex and letting him finger me. I was 6 so I didn't know. I'm now 12 and I know. I'm afraid to turn him in, and anyway, I don't know if he'd get charged with anything now, because he is currently 19. I want to tell someone, but my dad says if anyone would ever touch me or do something like that, he'd kill them. My brother recently put a hole through my sisters wall so he could see her changing through the other side. What do I do? Please HELP!!

    Are you afraid to confront your brother? Did you tell your sister? Can you tell your mom or an aunt? And let them deal with your dad.

    Oh yes he would get charged. He is an adult and you are a minor and there is a history of sexual molestation with him. Tell your Dad or tell your Mom - they need to know. If you cannot tell them, tell your school nurse and or your school counselor. Your brother needs help and he needs to face what he has done and continues to do. You are not at fault, neither is your sister.

    Let your brother face his consequences. Do not protect him by not telling what is going on.

    Tell your dad, or your teacher at school, tell someone, he will continue and get worst if not stopped.

    Depending where you are, statute of limitations might prevent your brother from being charged with molesting you when you were six. However, he can certainly be charged with sexual harassment if he is currently watching your sister through a hole in a wall. You should report him to your parents or any adult figure whom you trust.

    Hun,
    What happened is not your fault and you shouldn't feel guilty for telling someone. Your brother has done some bad things to you and now, spying on your sister, it continues.

    You must talk to someone about this for 2 very important reasons.
    1. If you tell, it will stop him from hurting anyone else.
    2. Your brother needs help for a very serious problem.

    Your dad has said what most fathers do about their daughters. That's his way of saying he loves you and wants to protect you. Your brother is his son and while he'll be upset, he won't react quite like he would if a stranger attacked you. Your dad is an adult and he'll find a way to deal with this, so don't worry about him.

    Right now, take a deep breath and think about who you can talk to. When you have your thoughts together, talk to someone you trust that will help.

    Good luck to you and believe me... opening up about this is the RIGHT thing to do. {{hugs}}
