A guy at my work that no one likes except two managers threaten me then he shoved me in the face. Now it all started when I got into a confutation with the two managers that like this guy so much. They started the whole situation by aggrivating me, when one of the mangers said if I continue standing on this side of the building then his guys can take Used car ups which is my profession and it made me mad, the Sales man that no one likes walked up at this time and I said looking right at him, "I'm not a thief, I have edict, when a person comes in and ask for someone I will get them to that person." The sale man who is a thief layer cheat which we call in the car business a skater, through a fit that I was pointing him out and threaten to hit me so I told him to do it. He then shoved me in the face. I never through a punch never said anything other than intageniving him as he threatened me.

These managers backed this guy up long enough and he stole money from me and my friends pocket long enough. I'm wanting to go down to H.R. to put in a formal complaint on him threatening me and laying his hands on me. I just need to know was I in the wrong when I challenged him to hit me.

Yes you were in the wrong to challenge him, but he was more wrong to take the bait!

You must go to H.R. and ask to make a formal complaint otherwise problems will only get worse. Submit to HR. a detailed and written account of your experience and sign it. Ask HR what is their plan on resolving this issue. Be very clear to HR that you are willing to participate in any way that will help solve issue in positive manor.

If you do decide to go ahead with it I would get someone who writes better than you to prepare the forms.
