    WHat rights his dad has.
    When is a fathers rights gone from him if he dose not see the child or do anyhting to help him? :confused:

    What specifically are you wanting to know?
    If the father is not visiting his children and then goes to court wanting to see them the Judge will take some consideration to the fact that he has not been bothering with them.
    Have you filed for child support?

    No, fathers don't loose their rights unless the mother takes them to court and tries to take some right away from them. They have every right given to them under the child custody agreemetn.
