    CD-RW and DVD Drives unresponsive
Neither drive is recognizing a disc. This seemed to have happened over night. When I go to "My computer" neither drive is listed. When I go to Device manager I can see both drives but there is a yellow exclamation point on each. I tried recovery disc and it told me after start up that new hardware had been found but still doesn't recognize it... I go to device manager and it's the same thing, yellow exclamation point on each. When I click to trouble shoot I get this:

Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)

Can anyone please help me? I found out they weren't working only after deleting Norton and going in to load my new virus software. So right now, Im running with no protection.
