She wants Full Custody of our Son
 the mother of my son has just petitioned me with a civil summons saying she wants full custody and I refuse that fact she is 19 and listens to everything her parents tell her and does what they say she lived with me and my family for almost the entire term of birth but moved out a couple weeks before she had him... I know for a fact that she is not mentally fit for him because she said if it wasn't for this baby I probably wouldn't be alive and she has said something about taking depression pills... her 14 yr old bro. lives with her and she has to support him too even though her parents are still alive and live in the same county he got kicked out of his old school and nothing happened to his parents there like 40 something and still live off government insurance drawing disability for one son who has serrbal paulsy and supposidly are both working and living with his mother,, I've tried to take him on separate saturdays and even just a few hours instead of day but no she says only if I go or you can come over here and ill go in another room and you all can be alone... I said that's not how it works.. also I drove her back and forth to work and doctors appointments, we helped her get the job she has or had and she saved money by living with us and that's how she payd for the apt. but yet she signed the paper saying I don't have a steady job when I've worked at my job for over 3 yrs. And her only a few months, she's in an apt. and I live in a house and she says it will be in the best phyisical and mental interest in the child and I had him put on my insurance I'm not giving her a card or mine because I want to go to the appointments you I know I missed the last appt. but that doesn't stop her from going and she told a friend of mine she went the next day but I called the doctor 2 days in a row and they said no ones come in and no ones rescheldued and she could gave me the bill and I would have given it to the insurance company and payd the co-pay so there's no excuse for her not to take him when she always has them... and how can she get full custody for his well being if supposidly she works full-time and goes to school full-time I work part-time and go to school fulll-time so I have move chances to be with him than she does. WHAT DO I DO? WHAT DO I NEED? :(
If you can help please do/...

You get an attorney! You need to have one repsent you in the custody hearing and counter with your own petition for full physical custody.

While mothers still have the upper hand here, things are changing. If the facts are as you state them, then you stand of good chance of getting custody instead. At the least you should get joint custody with generous visitation rights. But if she has an attorney and you don't her atoreny will, in all likelihood, wipe the floor with you.
