    Concerning Garnishment and Bank Levies
    I am stuck with the balance of vehicle my ex wife failed to pay off.. We both signed for financing

    The bank is threatening to garnish my wages.
    Do you think they would also levy my bank accounts?
    To my knowdlege my ex does not work or have assetts

    The payments are behind 1600 and the finance co is
    Now demanding the full past due amount from

    I read that 25% of wages can be garnished
    Do you think they would garnish my wages and
    Levy my accounts? Also

    My ex took the vehicle and can't be located
    For repossesion

    Any valid advise is welcomed ASAP

    First the most important question to answer is what state do you reside...

    Also, have they already obtained judgements against you?
