    Bathtub reglazing
Three years ago we had our bathtub "reglazed" (expensive) It only looked good for about two years. Is there any painting/spray or other coating we can use to reglaze it ourselves?

I had mine reglazed three years ago and it still looks good. At the time it was $300. I followed all instructions to the letter which was no cleaning product other than soft scrub, no rubber mat on bottom of tub (use a small towel). Mind you it doesn't get a lot of traffic there are only three of us.

I don't think this process can be done by yourselves. He had to seal off the bathroom, tape all the walls and anything surrounding the tub, and the enamel was applied with a special spray gun.
