Back up a minute. Was your husband married to your sister prior to marrying you? Your husband and your sister created a child. Somewhere in time, you and her former husbad marry and create a new child within you, which is due sometime soon? Did I get it correct?

You know, he could choose to sue for sole custody of the infant child from his first marriage and bring the child into your household. Is this something to can live with and are willing to support your husband if he chooses to go this way
