    Security deposit
    I have a rental lease agreement in the state of Ohio that state my security deposit is non refundable, is this legal

    No. When you vacate, sue your landlord in small claims court. I wouldn't say anything now, though.

    The whole purpose of a security deposit is that its refundable. Maybe it isn't a security. But if it says it is, then the clause is illegal.
