    I sister was held down in her bed though by something twice.
    And sees the actual shadow people like the ones you described.

    A good friend of mine in san diego was held down for exactly 23 minutes. She couldn't move and was facing the digital clock on the night stand. When it let her up, she ran out to her car, drove off and never went back. Her boyfriend went in and got all her stuff. Oop! All caps!
