    Flushing water system
I have a Kenmore side by side refrig.
The instruction book tells me that I should flush the water system after replacing filter?
    How do I do that?
I was told that I need to do this to help made the icemaker work?

The easiest way is to keep emptying the ice bucket so the unit keeps making new ice. After one bucket you water lines are as flushed as they can get.

Just run a couple of quarts into a container like you are getting a glass of water. You know, through the door! Pretend you are really thirsty! Just pour it down the sink!!
