    Probation and Checking Accounts
If you are on probation, should all of your money which comes from your spouse's employment be placed in your spouse's accounts? That way the PO cannot look at your expenses?

    Thanks

    Hello again, Zeff:

I wouldn't do that at all. If you want to keep your spouse OUT of it, then don't INVOLVE him in it, by moving your money into his account.

Your PO has a right to look into YOUR accounts. You can't stop him. However, if he sees any irregularities, he's going to look harder.

Don't show him any irregularities. He knows how much you make. He's expecting to see income and bills being paid. Show him that.

Be polite and respectful to the PO. Do exactly what your conditions require of you. Nothing more. Don't stick a sharp stick into your PO's eye.
