    Sadness and worried
    I am always tense, nervous and my hands shake involuntarily.
    I am only 30 years old and this has been happening for the past 3 years.
    What can I do about the trembling and nervousness. I am very very sad.:confused:

    You should go to the doctor and get it diagnosed it could be something very serious.

    Also cut out COMPLETELY artificial sweeteners and diet soda and foods containing MSG -Monosodium glutamate.
    They can cause trembling and other Parkinson disease type symptoms.
