    Corporate Partner
    I have a partner who ran a business did not pay payroll taxes and were are stuck with a 2 yr taxes... any comments?

    Yes, pay them. Where they withheld from employees checks, why where they not put into a separate account as normally required.

    Sounds like you need a CPA or an accountant to do your books and payrool

    We had set a dissolution of corp and the partner doesn't want to dissolve! I advice the partner to pay the back taxes since the partner benefited all the profits...
