    I have a crush on my manager
    I have a crush on my manager. I get along with him great and we work good together, I notice that he checks me out sometimes and when I'm working he comes up to me and talks to me more lately, I really like him and when were in the office, he sometimes touches my hand like he didn' t mean to, so I 'm not sure what to do, I sure can't tell him I like him that's for sure. Please help. Thanks a lot.

    Nip that in the bud before this kind of flirting gets out of hand and you are in over your head with this guy. He is your manager, not potential boyfriend material. If he is using his position to advance his attentions on you, then shame on him. He knows better. Do not let him get by with it. If you do not know what sexual harassment all entails, I suggest you read up on it.
