    Capacitor working
    If capacitor doesn't pass current for constant DC voltage, then howcome many devices working on DC voltages work even when they have capacitiors in them?

    AC from a transformer is Rectified (turned into DC ) then the

    Capacitors are used for filtering and store the charge like a battery
