    Windows Boot Failure
    Computer fails to boot up and fails to boot in safe mode or other choices. It simply cycles after time delay. Can you help? I'm running XP Pro. Soyo 478 socket et a Celeron processor.

    Sounds like a corrupted registry from the little information you gave us.

    Sorry about the e-mail, new user et this site is not user friendly in my opinion. I am currently running XP-Pro OEM ver.

    This site uses a popular bulletin board system used by many such sites. Not sure why you think its not user friendly. Seems clear to me how to post an answer.

    Have you tried booting to your XP Cd and running the Repair option?

    Just discovered the system does not recognize the hard drive. Had this problem when I built it. Had to download the driver from the mobo site. Haven't tried it yet this time. Any explanation or other ideas?
